Everything you need to know to get started with Turnsies
Getting Started
1. Launch the App
Visit turnsies.app to access the Turnsies application.
2. Create a Turnset
Click "New Turnset" to create your first turn management group. Give it a descriptive name like "Deployment Rotation" or "Support Schedule".
3. Add Team Members
Invite your team by sharing the turnset link or adding members by email. Each member will get real-time access to the turnset.
4. Start Taking Turns
The system will automatically manage turn rotation. When it's your turn, you'll see it highlighted. Click "Complete Turn" when you're done.

How do I create a turnset?
Navigate to the app at turnsies.app and click the "New Turnset" button. Give your turnset a name and configure your preferences. You can create as many turnsets as you need for different teams or projects.
Can I customize the turn rotation order?
Yes! You can set custom rotation patterns, manually adjust the order, or let Turnsies automatically distribute turns fairly. You can also skip turns or reassign them as needed.
What happens if someone misses their turn?
Turnsies tracks turn history and can send notifications. Team leads can manually advance turns or set up automatic turn advancement after a specified time period.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your turnsets are private by default and only accessible to invited team members.
Can I use Turnsies on mobile?
Absolutely! Turnsies is fully responsive and works great on all devices. You can manage your turns from your phone, tablet, or desktop with the same seamless experience.
Troubleshooting
Turns not updating in real-time?
Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. Turnsies requires a stable connection for real-time synchronization.
Can't invite team members?
Make sure you have the correct permissions for the turnset. Only admins and owners can invite new members by default.
